Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised, customised or specially made products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Cancellation Rights

Orders delivered within the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer laws. Personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from this right.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@dailydealsuk.com .
